How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location, but typically domestic deliveries take 5-7 business days. we also offer local pickup in the Kitchener-waterloo region.
Do you ship internationally?
at the time being we are exclusively shipping to Canada. if you are located outside of canada, please use our contact form and let us know where you’re located so we can contact you when we begin shipping internationally.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you would like to return a product, please email hello@shylablair.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that custom orders are final and non-refundable.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at hello@shylablair.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee changes after this time frame.
